All of our products that are manufactured at Tallyo Concrete are cement based products, and all of the raw materials we use are manufacture of our products are produced and purchased within Zimbabwe.

common cement bricks

Supper Commons Bricks (12 Mpa) – used for building and are stronger than standard commons. Load Bearings (15Mpa) – stronger than commons and are used for building multi- storey structures. Interlocking Pavers (G-Blocks) – (60mm, 80mm, 100mm) – 60mm pavers are used for driveways, 80mm for parking lots, and 100mm are used in heavily trafficked areas at road intersections, border posts and fuel deports. The pavers come in a variety of colours Rectangular Pavers (60mm)- is a variety of pavers and are also used for driveways. The company is currently preparing a yard for precast concrete products, kerbstones, paving slabs and civil products. The company has the biggest cement bricks/pavers manufacturing capacity that has the highest quality output in Zimbabwe.

Interlocking pavers

These are mainly used for paving domestic and commercial driveways, and they are also used for roads. These pavers  can also be altered to a desired colour. Available are 60mm, 80mm and 100mm pavers.

Culvert Pipes

Stormwater and pipes are reignforced, they can be found in classes of 20D, 40D,60D and 80D.  The different number identifications relate to the weight capacity that they can sustain, 20D implies sustenance of a weight not exceeding 20 kilo-Newton, 40D can sustain up to 40kilo-Newton and so on, in proportion with the class number. they differ in the amount of steel per pipe, with the 60D class increasing its thickness by 12mm compared to the 20D pipe.Our Culverts allow water to flow under a road, railroad, tail or similar obstruction from one side to the other side. Our stormwaters are a meter long and the diameter range from 300mm to 600mm.

manhole

Steel reinforced pre-cast manhole rings are usually manufactured as 20D class pipes. They are placed on laid piping after a certain length, acting as inspection chambers. Manhole rings are manufactured in lengths of 300mm or 600mm and their diameter depends on the piping to which they will be connected. This is usually between 900mm and 1350mm.
